1. About Us

Muqaddas Restaurant & Biryani House is a traditional Pakistani restaurant located at 182-G, Block N, Central Flats, Model Town, Lahore, Pakistan. We have been serving authentic Karahi, BBQ, Biryani and desi food since 2000.

2. Ordering & Payment

• Orders can be placed by calling or WhatsApp on 0307-1111362.
• Payment is for food only. Prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasonable cause (e.g., item unavailability, incorrect pricing).

3. Delivery Policy

Important: Muqaddas Restaurant does not operate its own delivery service.

• After order confirmation, the customer must arrange their own rider/courier (Bykea, InDrive, personal rider, etc.).
• The customer pays the rider/courier directly for delivery charges.
• The restaurant is responsible only for preparing the food and collecting payment for the food bill.
• We are not liable for any delay, damage or loss that occurs during delivery arranged by the customer.

4. Food Quality & Allergies

• We prepare food with fresh ingredients in a traditional dhaba style.
• If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us clearly when ordering. We will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• Complaints about food quality should be raised immediately upon receiving the order so we can resolve them promptly.

5. Website Use

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the website or its content.
• All content (text, images, logos, menu) is owned by Muqaddas Restaurant and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muqaddas Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab.
